SoulBot Therapy is not a medical provider, therapist, diagnostic tool, or emergency service.
The information you share with Soululu may be personal or sensitive. Please do not share information you are uncomfortable storing or processing through an online app.

We do not use private journal entries, mood logs, Soululu chat messages, or sensitive SoulMap/test details for targeted advertising.
6. AI processing and Soululu
Soululu uses AI technology to generate responses, reflections, summaries, insights, and personalization features.
To provide AI features, information you submit or save may be processed by AI infrastructure providers, including OpenAI and other service providers we may use.
AI processing may be used for:
- AI companion replies
- reflection prompts
- mood or journal-related suggestions
- test/SoulMap interpretation
- weekly insights
- memory summaries
- personalization
- safety and misuse prevention
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not treat AI responses as medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, emergency support, or professional care.
7. Long-term AI memory
Long-term AI memory is an optional Premium feature and is based on your consent settings.
When enabled, Soululu may use approved activity to create generated memory summaries that help with personalization. These summaries may include patterns, preferences, recurring themes, goals, or self-reflection context.
Sensitive SoulMap/test insights are used for long-term memory only if:
- you save the relevant test/SoulMap, and
- you enable the relevant consent or memory setting
You may be able to enable, disable, refresh, or clear generated AI memory summaries through app settings.
Clearing generated memory summaries does not automatically delete original data such as journal entries, mood logs, chat history, test answers, saved SoulMaps, or weekly insights unless separate deletion controls are available and used.
8. Unsaved tests and suggestions
Unsaved test attempts are not used for saved history or long-term AI memory unless you save them and provide relevant consent where required.
However, unsaved attempts may still count toward usage limits, abuse prevention, operational checks, and technical logs.
Chat suggestions, mood suggestions, and journal prompts are not saved as mood logs or journal entries unless you confirm or save them where required.
9. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, security tools, and similar technologies on the website and app.
